A web application designed to help users easily discover and book co-working spaces.
I led the design process from start to finish, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with stakeholders and developers.

With the rise of co-working spaces in the region, finding the right one was overwhelming. There was no centralized platform, making it hard to locate spaces, check availability, or see clear pricing.
The solution was a centralized web app where users could search, filter, and explore co-working spaces using an intuitive map with photos, ratings, and pricing. The process began with research to understand our users' needs.

There are no direct competitors, so I categorized them by type:
1.General Accommodation Platforms
2. Room Rental Platforms
3.Workspace Providers
I conducted 10 in-depth, 40-minute interviews to understand the needs and pain points of renting workplaces. The focus was on exploring the steps users take during the search, booking process and the experience after.
The research goals were first, to map the common steps users follow when searching for, comparing, and booking workplace rentals; and second, to identify the key obstacles in their experience and explore potential improvements.

High Costs & Unclear Discounts
Users feel coworking space prices are too high and often miss out on discounts.

Flexible Rentals & Online Payments
Users prefer renting spaces for shorter periods and want the ability to manage payments online.

Lack of Interactive Map
Without a map to view prices and images, comparing options becomes a hassle.

Absence of Real User Reviews
Users want insights on the space's noise, atmosphere, and surroundings, but can't find honest reviews.

The screens are designed to be simple and intuitive, with a focus on the search functionality. For those who know what they’re looking for, there’s also an option to filter by coworking space type.
This page provides users with essential information about coworking spaces, including high-quality images, amenities, descriptions, clear pricing, real user reviews and ratings.

To cater to short-term users, I introduced the option to book coworking spaces without signing in. Many people prefer a quick booking process for one-day use without committing to an account.
Analyzing user data revealed a preference for mobile and tablet access, so I optimized the platform for smaller screens. That increased user retention by 20%.
